    The Forum "time" has been amended to reflect the clock changes in the UK as from 02.00 am today (we have GMT in winter, BST in summer).

    If you are in a different time zone you may amend the time so that it is the same as your own from within your profile. See here for details on how to do this, adjust the off-set as needed:

    If you want to check any changes you make, post in the Practice Board and compare the post time with your own.
