Saw this facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/Sri-Siva-Shanmugar-Temple-Sungai-Siput-Perak-102552611116813/?__xts__[0]=68.ARDvGIQMgO80HeMBXaoSgKe7R1j3gxxMiMeDUM-ATeE453-GsOcocB9dmtUmlLF5XU6h0hCr7kOCThIRE9avG_g-94RkSTPgY36q9yhseBRf2VzlNTAuSYLNB) of a cave temple at Sungai Siput which had not visited before.

Was in the area but was not aware the temple was being renovated. About a few km of bare roads into the palm oil plantations but worth it.  Enjoyed the views of the cave.

Did today 780 km enjoyable round trip. Met the tax lady this morning in Kuala Lumpur and got to visit two places on the way back.

The theme is tin mining. Malaysia was once a major tin exporter. First, visited the tin museum in Kampar.

There are plenty of old open tin mining holes which now are nice lakes.

About 18 km from the tin musuem, we have an old gigantic tin dredger of the past years at Batu Gajah.

Last monday, was at my mother in law's place in Nilai (town close to Sepang F1 track). Quite town with some sight sighting with my family.

Visited the Automobile museum at Sepang F1. Small but worth a look.

Then to Pulau Indah Wetland National Park. Nothing much but has a crocodile farm. Not many crocs seen but they were a few from a far.

Visited the beautiful beach in Port Dickson. My kids loved it!

Love the pictures Steve, it's interesting to see the eclectic mix of vehicles on display  :028:

Good to see that your croc pictures were taken from a safe distance    :008:

The beach looks inviting  :169:

Some upclose croc shots 10 years ago while in Miri, East Malaysia. Magnificient creatures, their meat is also quite tasty.

Have a grear weekend, Rog and All!  :031:

:031: Francis. Glad to hear You like them  :002:

Yesterday took a ride but was cut short. TPMS rear tire was dropping pressure and headed stright to a petrol station (has ready air pump). Picked up an inch screw. Plug it with the puncture kit and held good. Later rode to a tire shop and plugged the leak from the inside with a stick patch.

TPMS is indeed a safety gadget  :028:
