Went to another rig for her new location. Waiting for the weather to improve. 3-meter seas with 40-45 km/hr winds coming with the monsoon season here. This though not as bad as the North sea and off Newfoundland in winter.

Not home now 14 weeks. Still good to see people go and come on choppers

Givi had came out with the S430 tank ring lock which can be placed at the rear of the seat on the top box base plate.

Had found an old givi ring lock which was on the Mk1. the Mk 3 uses another type of ring lock for her petrol cap. Plus have an old givi bag.

Cost about USD 3.50 for the scrap metal and spot welds.

When sold my V1K mod 1, missed removing the original optimate TM 71 battery charger cable (https://www.optimate.co.uk/products/tm71-weatherproof-eyelet).

Bought a cheap battery charger cable but it has a waterproof SAE end cap connector. Cost usd 1.77.

My optimate 4 uses tm71 end connectors. To connect to this new SAE cable ends, got them connector which cost a dollar. Works well.
