bought another one!
« on: May 28, 2014, 10:35:03 AM »
Yeah, stuck in a Hotel room a few weeks ago bored, so started browsing through Biketrader and spotted this beauty (2013 2500-miles c/w Centre-stand) for a very reasonable price. Phoned the following morning and left a deposit after the Dealer (BMW Mottorad Central, Edinburgh) agreed on a very fair p/ex......
The BMW salesman was very complimentary about the value for money the Versys offers.
Picked it up last week and swapped the bling from my 'older' bike onto this one.
For sure I am Veri appi  :celebrate:

Always nice when you can find a low mileage bike like that. Congrats!

Had me worried for a moment, thought you had gone over to the dark side and bought a BMW  :5:
Titty bars aren't bad if you enjoy being sexually aroused without an outlet. Oh, and they're also convenient if you're in the mood for paying double the normal price for a drink. If I'm in the mood to be treated poorly while giving up large amounts of cash, I visit a BMW dealership

Hello all, thanks for the kind comments.

Andre, the exhaust sounds good, just a little 'fruitier' than the standard zorst, it pop's 'n' burbles too  :007:  I haven't tried it with the baffle out but sure it would sound even better.....

Bloke, have you ridden the Dukes Pass? I had a run over there today, it's a stonking road  :123A:
