Service codes on the Versys.

If the KTRC, the engine, or the immobilizer light remains lit, then the ECU is trying to tell the rider that something is not right. To display the current code(s), turn the bike on but dont start it. Change the display mode to odo, them press and hold the upper meter button (on the dash not the handlebar) for two seconds and the mileage should change to show a two digit code from the table below.

Once the cause has been fixed, the warning can be reset by by doing the following 3 times:
1. Run the engine more than 10 minutes.
2. Keep the idling speed more than 30 seconds.
3. Run the vehicle more than 5 minutes at a speed of 25 km/h (16 mph) or more.
4. Turn the ignition switch off.

Hi Paul, thank you so much for posting the codes, it is due to your post that i have been able to discover what code 27 actually means. 'Front wheel rotation sensor malfunction'
I didnt think it related to Casey Stoner #27  :008:
