Hi,
The new Candy Fire red Versys was delivered today.
I just had to try it on a quick ride up the A5-its now got a covering of road crud on it.
First impressions much taller than I thought and I am over 6 feet 1.
Lovely motor, comfortable, super mirrors.
Looking forward to a day off to be able to enjoy the bikes virtues.

Just read the manual-went into garage to check and yes I had set the traction control the wrong way oops!
I know I should have read the book of words first.

Yes, the display provides a few days of delightful consternation when you get the new bike. Then you set it and forget it and by the time you want to change it again you've forgotten how, and have to go find the manual again to re-learn it.

"Sir, what were you doing when you rode this blasted motorbike into this haystack?"

"Well, officer, I was studying my Data Display to see if the tiny "Economical Riding Mode" icon was lit..."   :lostit:
