In my experience roads also in Morocco are generally good. No need for enduro tyres.

Hi all,
Itís great to fish in the pond of knowledge, you guys have information and collectively it paints the bigger picture.
Spain and Portugal are countries I have toured over the years but I wasnít sure about Morocco.
Iím happy to tour and change tyres etc on route seeing that Iíll be spending plenty of time out there.
Many thanks.

i went touring around morocco a few years back with a mixture of road bikes and big GS & tenere type bikes , all coped fine as the roads in morocco are as has been said before here not that bad. if you set off on a new set of tyres you will be fine but i can see you having to buy a new pair as 10,000 thousand mls is a lot to ask from a tyre . plus the roads back through spain are really great, dont want to be doing them on poor tyres ..just a little tip - "take a camelback water backpack for morocco" .

He won't be doing 10,000 miles. He stated 10 kms, which is not much more than 6000 miles.
If man evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?
