New Dunlop RoadSmart lll
« on: March 12, 2018, 03:09:31 PM »
Just mounted these this weekend. I have had Angel GTs all the way before I got these. My tire guy told me the new Dunlops have a 75 dollar rebate if he mounts them (50) if you do it yourself. I scrubbed them in post rain here in San Diego and I must say the tip in NICELY and feel better than the Angels decidedly. Just passing the word. I am excited to ride today ...first time in a long time. The ride is very fresh.

My Road Smart IIIs are just past 9000 miles. Not to wear bars yet, but getting close. I am no canyon racer like some of you guys are, or claim to be, but I think they handle and ride great. I will be installing another set soon, I bought them last fall with a $100 rebate.

IM currently Riding These Tires

I Got a Great Price on them + they where the only tires our size the bike shop had in stock.

So far they are great about 12000 KM  Still look and feel healthy.
Feel like they have lots of grip on the twists.
I was impressed with them while riding through a couple big rain storms
Even with two of us on the bike

Ive just worn out another set of Roadsmart 3’s and replaced them with the same tires. I average about 2,000 more miles out of the rear tire than I have on other brands, and they handle well even when nearing replacement time. Great tires.
