Went to Rammstein last night at the MK Stadium, the UKís biggest ever pyro show Iím told. Amazing night.

I guess I'm a crotchety olde fart, but I see this sort of thing as just a way to ramp up the already massive carbon footprint of staging these huge shows. The big touring groups, including a lot of avowed environmental activists like U2 etc., consume the energy and resources of a good sized town taking their shows on the road. It's not sustainable in any way.

Methinks we must find a more humanistic and less destructive way to amuse ourselves, and hurry up with it.

If you watch Rammstein youíll see the keyboard player walks on a treadmill for most of the concert, I think that powers the show  :745:
