I've never tried it by holding the rocker switch, I've always reset it by holding the rubber button down on the clocks

I didn't know that either, every day is a school day   :759:

I've also used the dash button.  Which way on the rocker switch?

Well Ive reset the trip odometer, but by using the buttons on dash. I tried the flick switch on handle bars all that did was changed between mileage, clock and trip. So was stumped but hey like all (good) diys I read the manual lol, use either the flick switch or top button to show what trip you want to chang3 then hold the bottom button in to reset. Cheered me up no end Id reset my trip odometer  :759: :mfr_lol: :123A:

Went and tried mine by resetting the trip using the rocker and it worked fine, all you do is scroll to the one you want to reset using the Rocker then simply hold the rocker button in until it resets, takes a couple of seconds.
