we have the projektd lowering pegs, they work very nicely.  the quality is very good & the price is reasonable. the only downside is that she no longer can wedge her heels against the foot peg frame when we are in sport mode. we recently returned from a 15 day 4500 mile trip & she had no complaints. we were able to make it easier for her to get on the bike by her getting on first. then i just swing my leg up & slide over the seat. works great
