I have looked closely at a 2019 Versys 100 today at my local dealer

The fairing is wider at the front giving the bike more presence on the road and probably better protection against the elements, the rear hugger is larger and the chain guard is longer and features a better angle at the end, the throttle response is superb, I only tried this with the bike in the showroom, also the front header pipes are more angled forwards presumably to allow for the re-positioning of the Cat this means that the bike wont accept exhaust cans from its pre-decessors, the front screen mountings are different, the bike features different control for starting and switching off the engine, (different kill switch) the switchgear is excellent and appears to be very intuitive, the lights all around the bike  are spectacular

I can't think if anything else for now.... I did take some pictures and will post them later

from what I can make out there's basically 2 2019 models . the basic one and the SE higher spec one.

the SE  you get the
 colour dash
electronic suspension
cruise control
heated grips.
you can then upgrade that one to panniers
then upgrade again to a topbox and spotlights
crashbars
tankpad.

the basic one you get manual suspension
no cruise control
no cornering lights
lower spec dash
you can then add panniers , topbox, etc

i think thats basicaly it.

im thinking of getting the basic SE one but keeping my panniers, topbox etc from my 2015Gt. ( the green is a differnt colour but i only use the panniers a couple of times a year so i can live with that, might even paint the panniers black so they will go with any colour bike).

Ill know more  once ive spoken to a few dealers.

rog,
since it has led headlights i'm thinking it might have enough presence on the road to maybe not need the Kawasaki spotlights (used as daytime running lights).

The spotlights/running lights on the 2019 are mounted lower down than on previous models, I had these lights on my 2017 bike but TBH rarely used them.
