pulsating brake when applied sounds like disc warped, check pads aren't seized on slides, this might be the reason you get wobble when letting go of handlebars if the brake is sticking at a certain point.

Add to the list - check your preload / sag setup at front and rear is correct for you.

This would be my suggestion also...bar wobbles are almost always suspension related and are caused by improper preload or compression/rebound settings

I'll admit that since I've owned the bike, I've never touched any of the adjustments. It always felt great the way it was set up from the factory so I just rode it. This wobble just started and I'm at 8k miles now.

If its just started , it could be down to tyre wear.

With regards to the slight pulsation if the front brake lever I suggest you clean your bobbin's. See this video for explanation and how easy it is to do

I never knew that! I'll give that a try. Thanks

I'm on my 3rd set of tires at 8K miles now. These must have about 500 miles on them and look new still.

I hope not!

I'm going to do the "clean your bobbin's" thingy and see what that does. I just have to find time!!

Since the bike is still fairly new I wouldn't rule out slightly loose steering stem bearings. On some bikes they take time to bed in.
