I have used Grip Puppies for years and years, they work just fine with Oxford heated grips    :169:

I've had them on my 2015 with Koso heated grips and I've now got some on my 2019 GT with the standard heated grips . Takes a little bit longer for the heat to come through but they're still plenty warm enough.

Has this vibration always been there, I don't recall my 2016 bike suffering in that way, so I'm wondering if you have it at all revs you are seeking to cure the symptom and not the cause. I would defininately get the tyres and wheels looked at, balanced if required and then go from there.

Curious if anything has been done with hand guards ?  When I installed bark buster storms, it induced a very subtle buzz at certain RPM's.  Not enough for me to go back and change anything, just something I noticed. Grip puppies would probably mask it, but it really isn't that much of an issue for me.  And just personally, I've gone back and forth with grip puppies on a couple bikes and just don't care for the increased grip diameter.
I've rarely gotten in hot water over something I didn't say.

they attach with a bracket which is attached to the hand guard then clamps around handle bar on the inside of grip
