International Motorcycle Show - Dallas

Jamie and I headed for Dallas to attend this years Motorcycle Show and to have a late Christmas with our kids. It was a fantastic weekend.

That headon shot of the HD Pan America reminds me of the Cylon Robot  :138:

That is so true. However it did not look horrible. The pictures do it no justice IMHO.

Interesting to see that the (GTR 1400) Concourse is still available that side of the pond, especially in that colour scheme, it no longer meets Euro 5 exhaust emissions so isn't available here now.  :006:   

Some great bikes to see and in an environment that wasn't too busy, which gives folk a chance to look closely

That looks like a very quiet show compared to Motorcycle Live at Birmingham, where if you leave it late to arrive you have to queue to try a bike out for size.

I think the Harley looks ok in the photos - Mind you, I like the Versys 1000 Mk 1 and V650 Mk1 - so my judgement may be suspect to some of you.

That is a great likeness.  My first thought when I saw the Pan-American was the robot from Lost in Space.  Let's compare and have a vote. :008:
