Hi all
on: April 03, 2020, 02:28:16 PM
Hi fellas,

I'm a versys 650 member, owner, rider, and am just joining up here as the thou is on my shopping list for sometime in the next 12 months or so. (Preferably the 2016 orange one - that way I think swmbo won't even notice it's a different bike...)

Been riding for about 12 years now, last bike before the versys 650 was a zx6r (2007).

Based in South Wales and mostly do tours around the UK and long days of high miles. Weekday riding almost exclusively for me - I try to avoid weekends - if anyone fancies a meet up after the lockdown.

Yes, thank you indeed!

In fact, yours is half the fault of my being here. The other half is Rob's...

If your goal is orange, 2019 is available in orange in some areas.  Not sure that is true for where you are located.

Welcome aboard.  I was undecided about whether to get the 650 or 1K and thought about it for a long time.  The benefit of the 650 was 50 lbs less weight compared to 50 more HP.  I chose the HP and am very happy  :celebrate:
