These are from the Gibraltar ranges between Glen Innes and Grafton. The Oxley was very similar and Gingers Creek roadhouse lost most of their accomodation to the fire.

Eucalyptus tress are notoriously flammable I think, even so those temperatures are akin to volcanic lava   :5:
