Maybe run chkdsk.exe over it to check it for errors?

Are you a member of Club Kawasaki?  If you are you can log in and use their tool to access the records and add your own.  I find that very useful for recording servicing that I do, incl. tyres etc

Just to add, if you look on the Kawasaki website it says that the service fob is only readable by dealers or through the Club-Kawasaki website where there is a specific tool
