Side stand
on: October 04, 2020, 02:10:16 AM
When i purchased my bike the PO had it lowered. I returned it back to OEM height, however i need an OEM side stand now since mine was cut about an inch... Possible Trade as well since i dont need mines.

I dropped my stock 2017 because of the stock sidestand that I consider badly designed (it is too long). I shortened it about 3/4 inch to get a stable bike angle when parked on it. Get sure your current shortened sidestand is too short before removing it. You could discover the same as me...

What year is yours, I've a 2019 that I've lowered and I'm going to shorten the stand, I'm in the UK so I think postage would be more than buying a new one and shortening that.

you can probably make up 1/2 to 3/4 with the right kickstand foot and some creative shimming....
