V1000 2020 grips size

Hi guys..

I want to change the OEM hotgrips of my bike (RBW throttle), is the diameter the same on both sides of the handlebar?

No: the right side always has a larger diameter to accompany for the throttle tube.

Unless you mean the outer diameter, that’s the same indeed.
