lol, I wish...no, that’s the savings compared to a 2021...there are only a few 2020’s left, so thought I would go for it versus waiting for the spring.

Otherwise they're just giving them away!
I guess you missed the word "less" after the number, Ace

OK, guess I read it wrong, that's even a little better price than I got on my 2019.

I see you are in Bridgewater, have you dealt with OCR in the past?

So, the 2020 V1 is now home in the garage...awaiting patiently for spring to arrive...10C Monday and Tuesday, I will be tempted, but we still have a lot of salt on the roads here, so will likely wait it out.
I've had my share of bikes over the past 25 years, mostly used but a few new ones. I have never had a bike that had 0 km's on the dial. I thought most manufacturers did a test circuit of some kind before crating and shipping to a dealer, to see 0 km's on the display is very unusual in my experience. My only experience with Kawasaki was a 2010 Concours, although purchased that used.

It is my understanding that they test each engine before they ship it, but I don't know if it is hooked up to the odometer at the time.

Back in the day I got a tour of the gen 1 Concours assembly plant in Lincoln Nebraska. The final stage before crating was to run each bike through the gears to redline or close in a test room to get readings on torque and h.p as well as brakes.
It was usual for a new bike to have a little more than 0 km showing on odometer and trip.

Never seen that first hand , but heard that it is what they did ..interesting as to what Kawasaki want's you to do later as to engine break in via the manual eh .

I thought the same, as they really do make a big deal over the break in period, it’s even stated in the warranty booklet (bored, so reading everything, lol)
