Hi everyone,

Iím looking for a new bike after 8 years away and a Verrsys 1000 is in my top 3 (along with Super Tenere 1200 and a V Strom 1000)
Hoping to get a test ride on a Versys soon.

Welcome  :031:  It's fun deciding which new bike to buy and even more fun once you buy the Versys

Hello Fixie

A test ride of all 3 options will help you decide ... good luck  :028:

:185:  as TYKE says  test all 3 but when it's time to test the versys,  make sure you've got your cheque book with you.

Thanks everyone, Iíve actually just viewed a Versys 1000, one owner 7500 miles and apart from a top box completely standard, it needs a service but is immaculate and a bargain (I think) at £5500 (2016 model)

Sorry for the delay in replying to you all.
Well I took my test rides and am now the proud owner of a Versys 1000.
1000 miles in three weeks tells it's own story I think! 😀
