I think the only difference between the years is a slightly larger radiator on the newer ones.  I don't notice vibes at any rpms on my 18.  Perhaps you could change to a 16 tooth front sprocket or just go up or down a gear to avoid the vibrations

I didn't know the radiators are different,  I took the grill of my 2015 when I sold it and fitted it to my 2019 without any problems.

Just bought an airbox on ebay and will be doing the taller VS swap. I'll see what other things I upgrade after that. If there's one thing I learned with my old bike, there's no point waiting to make certain mods when the bike is new because after each one you think... man why did I wait so long to do this, it's so much better!
