MK3 headlight adjustment

Hi guys, just looking for a bit of advise. I had my first MOT today on my MK3 2019 Versys 1000. I was advised that the headlamps were adjusted on the highest setting but just within tolerance for MOT pass. I have looked at my owners manual and it suggests you need to take it to a dealer to get them adjusted but it also shows the basics for doing it yourself. What I am not sure of is the manual shows 2 positions to adjust the horizontal and vertical but only suggests adjusting with one. Has anyone managed to adjust their headlights on the Mk3 and is it easy enough to do ?

 I remember it being rather easy. My 2019 lights were way high when I got it.

So were mine. When I first got it I was scaring birds off their nests but I could barely see the road! Derby Kawasaki fixed mine.

Yes, and it is very easy. See page 196 of user manual then seat on the bike in front of a wall and use a flexible screwdriver like this:

Hi, thanks for reply, do you have to adjust the left and right light individually as there shows to be 2 adjusting screws ?

Yes.
When in front of the wall (in the dark, obviously  ) you will understand.

Two adj. screws, one vert. one horizonal.

Mine are very high too, high beam just lights up the birds nests as has been said.  Will adjust this weekend now the earlier darker evenings are upon us.

Could you let me know how you get on and give me any tips as I still have not tried to adjust mine yet.
