    Hello
Anyone any experience with the GIVI rack and sidecases type Trekker or Alaska on a Versys 1000 from 2019. My great concern is the passengers comfort, especially the space between the (passengers) footrest and the front of the cases.

I have a set, I'm planning on mounting them back on tomorrow, I can take some pictures if that would help.

I don't ride with a pillion so no first hand experince

    Dear Versys 1000 colleague

Pictures would surely help. Even the distance between the passengers footrest and the front of the sidecase would help (in centimeters?).
I'm planning a re-visit at a GIVI dealer on friday next to look at the system and the cases again. This time taking a friend with a lot of technical experience with me.
    Thanks in advance.
    Kind regards

The Alaska cases narrow before they get to the peg level

The red blurry bit on the peg in the second picture is the 10cms mark

Must admit I find it harder to get on and off with them mounted (I have some mobility issues) but I like that I can remove or remount the frames in a couple minutes

    Dear sir

Thank you very much for the pictures and the additional information. It surely will help, in combination with my re-visit to a GIVI dealer tomorrow.

    Kind regards
