Has anyone found a way to reset/remove it yet?

Dealer only on the 2019 onwards, even my mate couldn't reset it when he remapped mine.

Does that remove the spanner icon that's lights up on the dash. You can reset the service light to any mileage you want but not the one that's set by kawasaki for mileage/age, as far as I know and what my dealer (personal friend) said.

Sorry half asleep when I did the last post. Not in the app done on the bike. On my 2019SE go into menu and i think service and you can reset the mileage date etc there and yes it gets rid of the spanner.

I know you can set a reminder yourself but I'm sure you cant alter the one kawasaki set,

Just been and had a play with the bike, while I can reset the oil change etc reminder to whatever mileage I want, there's no way to reset the kawasaki service reminder which lights the spanner light on the dash.

I’m not sure if this will help.
My 2021 has the ability to turn the service light reminder On/Off…
However you need special scan tool connected to the ECM to do this.
I recently purchased this tool from TEXA and was able to look at some of the factory settings that the bike sensors input to the computer.
In the States it is my understanding that the bikes computer can be set up by the dealership to turn this light on or off.
I was able to access this function on the scan tool to see if the service light function was turned on or off at set up.
Mine was set to OFF.
It seems to me this is a given repair that sends you to the dealer for the reset. $$$…
If you do go and have it reset, ask them to turn this item off.  That should take care of the issue.
