Hi Leachy , I added a new master cylinder & wow, it makes the front brake effortless .

Have used EBC brake pads on my DL650 & they were a big improvement

Ok Thanks, Im trying to work our what is the right size piston on the M/C for a Gen 3, V1. Looked at Brembo but not 100% and its expensive if I get it wrong.

    Thanks

Just a thought if you change the front brake mastercylinder/lever on the mark 3 version with cruise control,  make sure it still allows the cruise to work as it should. Some aftermarket levers etc still work the brakelight ok but the cruise control won't activate.

The MK3 has a 3 wire front brake switch which seems to be unique

Presumably the extra wire is for the cruise control.
