Just added this visor. I'm 6'-1" and was getting buffeted at highway speeds (80 mph here in AZ). Tried a Puig touring windscreen and
it took the buffering away but directed a strong wind to the bottom of my helmet no matter where I adjusted it. Put the stock screen back on and added the visor. Feels like a different bike.....no buffeting, no turbulence of any kind! Almost as quiet as my GL 1800. It is well worth what seems like a lot of money for a small piece of plastic and a couple of plastic mounts, but I highly reccomend it. 5 thumbs up for this one.

Please forgive the resurrection of this thread, but... Where does the center stand sit when closed now? I've done this mod to numerous bikes, but none had a center stand.

Im heavy and come from a ZRX (approx. 4" of travel{not V1K 6"}) more swing arm travel

I shoot for 1 1/4"
