Time Out - General Chat / Re: Fancy a new tank ?

Maybe i'm old skool, but there is way too much H&S as it is nowadays. Everything comes with a warning, can't climb a ladder unless someone holds onto it for example. Speaking of ladders, only a matter of time before there's a stop sign at the top of them, (that used be a joke in my day). I work in the health industry and there's more H&S there than i've ever seen in years. Can't do anything without being triple checked.

What happened to common sense? While i agree some of the practices in that video are questionable, don't forget these guys are doing this every day. They know what they are doing.

There's such a lot of parts made in places like this that people don't realise how un h and s they are.

There's a little microswitch on the back of the righthand footrest connected to the rear brake pedal.I adjusted the pedal once and the cruise wouldn't engage so I had to move the microswitch slightly and all was fine again.

I have a Seat Concepts seat with stock base for sale, it's the back carbon with gripper top.

I ordered it to replace the stocker, and rode most of this year with it. I don't fit with this seat and went with a Corbin instead.

Stock photo. I can take a couple pics if you need to see it.

I'd like to get $175 + shipping. If you're within a reasonable driving distance from 54935 I can deliver.

Either message here or shoot me an email papalobster ( at ) yahoo.com

Since you were at the levers, check the clutch and brake light switches and see that they are working.... sometimes they get dirty and stick, or your lever needs adjusting.  Contact cleaner will flush out dirt on the plungers.

Darn,  :013: did some wintertime maintenance, cleaned and lubed all 4 control levers, now CC doesn't work.
Light on dash comes on but that's it. I've visually checked over it all but to no avail. Now for the deep dive into CC!  :027:

I do that every so often, but with a spiral bolt extraction tool. CCW grabs it and spins, CW quick release.
I'm lazy. There are too many of them for a bolt and nut.  :151:
